Mario Mola is arguably the fastest runner the sport of Triathlon has ever seen.
With run times off hard bikes consistently under 14mins for the 5km, that’s under 2min .48 per kilometer or under 4min 27 mile pace and he has 10k times to match
But, he’s far more than just a brilliant runner… he has supported this run with an incredibly powerful swim, bike combination, that has had him win 3 consecutive ITU World Championship Series Titles in 2016, 2017 and 2018. And this past 7 years when he’s not winning he’s on the podium for the series with 3 wins, 3 x 2nds and 3rd.
He’s a smiling assassin. One of the most humble, respectful and laid back men in the sport but with a fierce ferocity on the race course that stretches his competitors to their limit … much like a medieval torturer stretching them on his rack until they break.
A good friend and at the young age of 29 already a legend in the sport of Triathlon and a true champion. Hailing from the small island of Mallora, Spain.

Mark Allen isn’t just a champion athlete… he’s a lot more than that. He’s a pioneer, an icon of the global sport of Triathlon. He is one of the reasons that the sport of Triathlon became the household sport it is today. His incredible battles and his domination are of legendary status. He inspired a generation of kids to want to be Triathletes… and I was one of them.
He was voted “The Greatest Endurance Athlete Of All Time” in a worldwide poll conducted by ESPN.
Over the course of his fifteen-years of racing, he won 66 of the 96 races he competed in. He was named “Triathlete of the Year” six times by Triathlete Magazine, and in 1997 Outside magazine called him “The World's Fittest Man”.
He won the Kona Ironman World Championship an incredible 6 times
The Nice Triathlon 10 times
And the Inaugural ITU Olympic distance World Championships in 1989. He’s still the only American to have won the ITU World Championships to this day.

She has achieved all of this with one of the most dynamic, fast and fluid runs the sport has ever seen. In fact, her marathon run splits at the Ironman World Championships have been top 3 overall.
She has a determination and confidence that is relentless in the pursuit of winning championships. But she is not all business, she knows how to laugh and have a good time and she is always supportive of others.

Dave Scott is the “God father” of the sport of triathlon. A pioneer, an early adopter and a game changer of the sport.In 1980, he won his first of 6 Ironman world titles by over 2hrs in 9:24hr, smashing the previous record. He changed the Ironman event from a test of endurance to a race.
In his IM World Championship wins in 1980, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1986, and 1987 he was able to drop his times from 9:24 to 8:10… still a very competitive time for todays standards... 30 years later!
His battles with fellow American Triathlete Mark Allen in the mid to late 80’s are legendary and are the foundation of the sport of Triathlon and Ironman.
He his a wealth of knowledge in the areas of High Performance sport, Health and Longevity.

Spanish Triathlete Javier Gomez, has won 9 World Championship titles in varying distances and terrains - Including 5 ITU Olympic distance championships, 2 Ironman 70.3’s, Xterra off road and an ITU world long course titles.
In a conversation of who is the greatest triathlete of all time this man’s name would have to be included. His resume of wins over the past 15 to 20 years is second to none and when he’s not winning, he’s on the podium.
It hasn’t always been smooth sailing he’s has had plenty of setbacks to overcome but his passion, his persistence and his patience have kept bringing him back to the top of the world.

Cameron Wurf is a remarkable athlete. He has been at the pinnacle of three sports. He was a world Champion and Olympic rower for Australia, he raced professionally as a cyclist for the several teams, notably the Cannondale team. He's now a professional Triathlete who has had numerous wins and most recently finished 5th at the Ironman World Championships. He keep reinventing himself and is a true inspiration.
