Mark Webber is one of the world’s all-time high performers. His rise from country Australia to the pinnacle of motorsport is an incredibly inspiring and entertaining story.
12 years in the cut-throat billion-dollar industry of Formula 1 motor racing– winning 9 Formula One Grand Prix’s and finishing on the podium in the overall drivers’ championship 3 times. Post Formula 1, he raced for Porsche in the World Endurance car Championships where he won the world title in 2015.
He retired from professional racing in 2016 but he hasn’t stopped… his transition, seamless from racing… to Porsche, Red Bull, and Rolex ambassador and TV pundit and public speaker.
He’s had his fair share up bumps and shunts, but he’s continued to keep moving forward. He’s been a good mate of mine for over a decade, a great endurance athlete, a salt of the earth good guy, and someone I truly take inspiration from.

Monday Apr 13, 2020
Alistair Brownlee is arguably the greatest Triathlete of all time, he’s at least very much a part of that conversation.
An Olympic Gold at his home Olympics in London, then 4 years later Gold again at the Rio Olympics.
Combine that with:
Two ITU Triathlon World Championships.
Two time World Team Champion.
Four European Championships and the 2014 Commonwealth title.
And most recently he won the Western Australia Ironman in Dec with a blistering course record with almost the world's fastest ever Ironman time of 7hr45min20sec.
He races without fear and races for the win with absolute intent.
A man that has triumphed under enormous pressure, has come back from adversity time and time again and showed enormous character when he carried his brother across the line at the cost of his own shot at the ITU Grand Final win in 2016.
I've been looking forward to this chat and getting a peek behind the mind of one of the world's all-time greatest athletes.

Monday Apr 06, 2020
The next generation of Triathletes are here and they’re powerful, strong and capable and they’re being led by this man - Kristian Blummenfelt.
He’s an aggressive racer on the bike and run. He loves to train hard and race even harder. When he’s on the start line, his competitors know it will be flat out for the entire race. He’s been a consistent podium and top 5 finisher, but I believe the wind is changing and we will see his winning percentage rate increase over the next few years.
He’s cemented himself as one of the strong medal favorites for the Tokyo Olympics… whenever they take place.
His most recent results include:
Winning the 2019 Grand Final for the World Triathlon series in Lausanne, Switzerland running away from the very best including, Mola, Luis, Gomez, and Johnny Brownlee
He holds the world best time for the 70.3 distance with a 3.25.21 at Bahrain 70.3 in 2019.

Monday Mar 02, 2020
Timothy O'Donnell is one of the worlds greatest Ironman athletes. His performance at the 2019 Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii of 7hrs 59mins and change was the first American to ever break 8hrs at the event and he’s now only one of 4 men ever to break the 8hr barrier.
His ITU world long course championship title in 2009 set the stage for him to become one of worlds all-time greatest endurance athletes. Since then he has had an incredible resume of performances at the Ironman World Championships with a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 8th place finish. He races with guts and combines that with smarts. Never afraid to go off the front but always calculating.
You’d be hard pressed to find a better man to spend an entire day with. Train all day and then share a few bottles of his amazing wine collection and sit back and listen to some classic John Denver on his vinyl record player. It doesn’t get much better!
